Bobbles & Lace Tuscan Village is looking for a Store Director!

The Key Responsibilities of the Store Director are as follows:
-Become the go to-stylist for the Salem, NH customer
-Deliver a client experience to each customer that is welcoming,
knowledgeable, and fun
-Lead store merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping
under the direction of Bobbles & Lace Brand Guidelines
-Creating lasting relationships with the Tuscan Village community to grow and
maintain your business including:
-In store & community events
-Partnerships with other local businesses, community groups, and in-town hot
spots
-Meet and exceed monthly and daily sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace
-Direct your team to assist in sales, styling, marketing and operations
-Manage the operations of your store keeping things running smoothly
-Maintain the store schedule
-Participate in daily education calls with the team to learn styling,
merchandising and more
